A director has the obligation to act in good faith and exercise the care, diligence, and skill that a reasonably prudent person would exercise in comparable circumstances. A director who is found by a court to have breached this duty will not be indemnified by the condominium corporation, and directors’ and officers’ insurance exempts coverage for a breach of this duty.
