Joe joined Fine & Deo in 2000, and practices in the field of litigation, focusing specifically on the areas of commercial litigation, administrative law advocacy (encompassing both real estate and condominium related litigation), as well as labour and employment litigation. Joe has extensive experience representing clients in civil courts, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal, and the Ontario Labour Relations Board, as well as various Committees of Adjustment, the Ontario Human Rights Commission and other adjudicative bodies.

Joe has also contributed articles and commentary to various periodicals and newsletters in the areas of commercial litigation, condominium law and labour and employment litigation.
