Michael practices exclusively in the area of condominium law, having represented condominium corporations on a wide variety of matters since joining Fine & Deo in 1998.

Michael has published articles on condominium law for industry publications such as The Condovoice and Condominium Manager, and has been a speaker at various condominium seminars. Michael has been an instructor at the Seneca College Real Estate Course for Law Clerks and is a regular instructor of the Humber College Condominium Law Course for Property Managers.

Michael is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Condominium Institute. He is also a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario’s Ethics Committee.
