After being called to the Bar in Ontario in 1997, Joe began his legal career with one of Canada’s largest national law firms. There he practiced commercial litigation relating to condominium construction and building issues. In 2000, Joe left to join Fine & Deo.

Joe represents clients at various levels of court as well as before adjudicative bodies including the Tarion Warranty Corporation, the License Appeal Tribunal, the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
A devoted father with two young sons, Joe divides his time outside of the office between family and his involvement in the condominium industry. He is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and he frequently speaks at CCI events. Joe also works to identify industry best-practices through his committee work with CCI.
