Aghajan v. Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corp. No. 824

Successfully defended the condominium corporation and personal directors in a human rights application alleging racial discrimination. The Tribunal held that the former employee had not been discriminated against and was terminated solely due to his work performance problems.
