Toronto Standard Condominium Corp. No. 1633 v. Baghai

Obtained an order in favour of the condominium corporation to require the unit owner and its tenant to remove the tenant’s merchandise from the common element sidewalk, as well as costs against the respondents, and dismissing the unit owner’s counter-application alleging oppression, all of which was upheld at appeal.
